I am located in San Francisco, California.

How can I contact you?

You can email me at support@hanabihandmade.com or send me a DM on instagram. I usually respond within 1-3 business days. 

Do you ship internationally?

Currently no, but I am working on it ;)

When will my package arrive?

All orders are packed by me in San Francisco, California. The processing time is currently 1-3 days. Packages will be shipped with a tracking number via USPS.

Please note that delivery times are out of my control once your package is dropped off at the post office.

Can I return/exchange my item for a refund/credit?

All sales are final for textile products.
